When you purchase any of the Founding Member tiers, you lock in that rate for the entire time you're an active member on that tier.
If you upgrade to another tier, you'll upgrade at whatever the current price is but we'll give you months of advance notice before raising any of the prices.
If you purchase a Forest subscription, you'll get all the current and future features with unlimited user accounts and unlimited contacts and you'll never pay more than $75/month.

Every new account gets a free setup session to help you get started. This includes creating your email engine, connecting your customer relationship domain, payment accounts, and more.
Some members will want to DIY most things and get help when they hit a tricky part. That's why every account comes with done-for-you customizable templates and our online community to help you customize your CRM at no extra charge.
DIY
If you hit a tricky part and want help, we offer 30-minute done-with-you sessions to book as needed. These typically cost $30 for 30 minutes to tackle one problem at a time. (FREE FOR FOUNDING MEMBERS until May 2025)
DWY
Some members will want a CRM tool that's fully customized to their business needs and we're happy to provide that.
Founding members can upgrade to the Forest tier to get a customized setup at any time.
Otherwise, price varies depending on how complex of a setup is needed. It can be as low as $100 for a basic setup or as much as $10k for a custom-built customer relationship engine that turns you into the brand everyone loves to buy from.

We reserve the right to deny service to any brand found to be using Fern CRM for unethical business practices, not following FTC laws and other internet rules, and any business directly profiting from fossil fuels.
Our goal is to help ethical small businesses who care about people and the planet to outperform the soul-sucking, faceless corporations who have been wrecking the environment and treating employees like disposable labor. As such, we don't intend to kick anyone off of Fern CRM without notice or for making honest, fixable mistakes but we also won't tolerate misuse or abuse of the platform or the humans who engage with it.
