All-In-One Inbox

The omnichannel inbox can receive all messages sent to your business email addresses (the ones connected to your Fern CRM account), Instagram DM's, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, text messages, contact page form, and chat widget. (LinkedIn will be added in Q4.)

Reply to any message from within the same inbox and it's delivered via the platform it came from!

It's easily my favorite feature in Fern CRM because it saves me so much time, energy, and stress.

Customizable CRM

Choose what information you want to include at a glance in each contact's profile and arrange it the way you prefer it.

Email Marketing

One of the most powerful email marketing tools for ethical small businesses.

Fern CRM sends emails from a subdomain on your own site, so you can establish your own email reputation and keep it clean & ethical so more of your emails land in the inbox instead of the junk folder.

When used correctly, you'll enjoy higher open rates, higher click-through-rates, and more sales.

Emails are billed separately (using a "Wallet" system inside Fern CRM with itemized views of what's being charged) in a pay-as-you-go system at "wholesale" prices that are cheaper than most Email Service Providers.

The current cost for emails is $7 for 10,000 emails but may change at any time. Some businesses will pay less than $10/year for email marketing!

Text Messaging & Phone Calls

Buy a phone number for your business and start sending and accepting text messages and phone calls directly to your Fern CRM dashboard!

So many automation options, IVR, and more, including missed-call text back to instantly send a text when a phone call goes unanswered.

Texts and calls are billed separately (inside Fern CRM) in a pay-as-you-go system at "wholesale" prices and require carrier approval costs that you can manage inside your Fern CRM account, but we don't control the prices.

The current cost for texts is $0.0083/segment and calls are $0.0089-$0.0180/minute in the US and Canada, but may change at any time.

Smart Lists

Create different lists of your contacts based on different criteria so you can customize what each segment receives or ensure the people on your "no Mother's Day" list don't get your Mother's Day promo emails.

We call them "smart" lists because the automations can add and remove contacts as needed to keep each list clean and active for better experiences and open rates.

For example, you can track how many trees we've planted based on your actions AND see how many trees we've planted collectively by looking at your Fern Impact Page.

Instead, give each user their own profile and login and choose what they have access to (and hide the rest.)

When it's time to stop working with that person, simply delete their access or reassign it to a new name, email, and password.

You can cancel your subscription anytime within your dashboard and we won't send you "come back" or "get the next 3 months at a discount" types of emails to beg for your business.
